This is a little mini break tour starting from Cairns or Port Douglas which takes you for an overnight stay in Cape Tribulation, and also on a high speed half day Great Barrier Reef Tour, departing from Cape Tribulation on the second day before bring you back to Port Douglas or Cairns.
Departure Dates: Departs every day of the year except Christmas day with pick ups from Cairns, Cairns beaches and Port Douglas hotels included.
Departure Times: Pick up from Cairns hotels at around 7.15am, Beaches hotels at around 7.45am and Port Douglas hotels at 8.15am. Returns to Port Douglas the nextday at 5.30pm, Beaches hotels at 6.00pm and Cairns hotels at 6.30pm.

Tour Itinerary:
Day 1 - Cairns to Cape Tribulation This Cape Tribulation tour starts with a pick up from your accommodation in Cairns at 7.30am or Port Douglas at 8.30am and takes you on a scenic coastal drive until your first stop at the banks of the Daintree River. Board your Wildlife River Cruise boat on the Daintree River as your tour guide looks for crocodiles in the wild. After the Daintree River cruise your tour guide will escort you along some of the Botanical Boardwalks telling you the Aboriginal history and explaining the different types of flora and fauna. Then it's onto PK's Jungle Village for an afternoon check in to your accommodation in Cape Tribulation. The accommodation is lovely timber cabins set amongst the rainforest with a swimming pool, bar, bistro and a short walk to Cape Tribulation beach. The afternoon is yours to explore Cape Tribulation or take an optional extra cost excursion like a tropical fruit tasting tour, a horseback ride on the beach, rainforest walk or rainforest canopy tour called "Jungle Surfing"
Day 2 - Half Day Morning Great Barrier Reef Tour then back to Cairns Early today you will be picked up at 8am for your Great Barrier Reef experience. Enjoy 2 hours of pure pleasure on the uninhabited Great Barrier Reef off the coast of Cape Tribulation. Here you can swim with the fish and snorkel with help from a qualified guide. Your day is inclusive of all snorkelling equipment. At the end of your enjoyable day you will be taken back to your accommodation at around 12.30pm. Early afternoon (about 13:30pm) you will be picked up at your accommodation to begin your return to Cairns. En-route to Cairns you will stop at Alexandra Range Lookout for some breathtaking photographs of the Daintree National Park and the Cairns coastline. Next stop will be Daintree Wilderness Sanctuary. Time is then spent in the famous Mossman Gorge. Time for a walk and a quick swim. At around 5.30pm you will be returned back to your Port Douglas accommodation or at 6.30pm to your Cairns accommodation after an exciting two days and one night of Cape Tribulation and the Great Barrier Reef touring.
