All rates quoted are expressed in Australian Dollars and are quoted on a per room, per night basis for two guests, with the exception of the Two Bedroom Ocean Suite rate based on up to 4 guests, Penthouse rate based on up to 8 guests.
Booking Terms and Condtions:
Low Season
No minimum stay.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
If the reservation is cancelled inside 14 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show, one nights accommodation + $150 admin fee is payable.
High Season
3 Night minimum stay
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
If the reservation is cancelled greater than 14 days notification, two nights accommodation + $150 admin fee is payable. No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to check in.
Room Types:
All rooms feature: Tea and Coffee facilities, Mini bar, Telephone (currently no internet), Plasma TV, Desk, Kitchen* (fully equipped on request only)
*Not applicable to Resort Studio and Beach Cabins.
Resort Studio (46): Luxury appointed air-conditioned rooms, plasma TV, ensuite black marble tiled bathroom, tea and coffee facilities, small fridge. Choice of King bed or 2 single beds. Sleeps two guests.
Ocean Suites (46): These luxuriously appointed one-bedroom suites include: generous balcony and beautiful views across Welcome Bay and the Coral Sea, kitchen with a centre island bench, queen size bed, plasma TV, lounge and dining area, ensuite black marble tiled bathroom. Sleeps up to four guests (extra 2 persons can sleep on a sofa bed). Additional person rate is $35 per night.
Ocean Suites 2-bedroom (46) consists of Ocean Suite and Resort Studio room with interconnecting door. Sleeps four-six guests.
Beach Cabins (6): On the beach location with two bedrooms, generous balcony and beautiful views across Welcome Bay and the Coral Sea, plasma TV, tea and coffee facilities. All cabins feature a black marble ensuite. Walk directly from the front balcony onto the Coral Beach. Sleeps up to four guests. Children 0-12 years, Free using existing bedding. Additional adult (13 years +) rate is $35 per night.
Penthouse (1): Generous four bedroom apartment, two bathrooms, luxury kitchen, lounge and dining room area. Spectacular ocean views from two large balconies. Master bedroom features spa bath and full luxury appointments. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Transfer Details
The Fitzroy Island Ferry Departs Cairns at 9.30am daily and returns at 4.30pm from Fitzroy Island. The ferry transfer takes approximately 55 minutes each way. There is currently only one ferry time per day.
The ferry price is $65 per adult, $30 per child.
