We meet all flight times for private transfers. For airport drop offs, we will book a pick up time from your hotel which will allow you to arrive at the airport with plenty of time before your flight's departure.

The travel time between Cairns Airport and Palm Cove is approximately 30 minutes by private charter vehicle or around 45-55 minutes for the shared shuttle buses. Please note that children under the age of 3 must have a infant seat and can not travel on the shared shuttle bus option.
