When booking, to ensure the accuracy of the information, please do not call us, please click on the "add to itinerary" button on the rates table below, then fill out the form on the next page, and in the "special notes" section, please advise the following:
1. If there is an airport pick involved, kindly advise the flight number and time of arrival.
2. If there is an airport drop off involved, kindly advise the flight number and time of departure.
3. Please advise a contact telephone number, preferably a mobile phone, some way that we can reach you on when you are on holidays.
4. Make sure to tell us you hotel name.
We meet all flight times for private transfers. For airport drop offs, we will book a pick up time from your hotel which will allow you to arrive at the airport with plenty of time before your flight's departure.

The travel time between Cairns Airport and Cairns CBD (Central Business District) is approximately 15 minutes. Please note that children under the age of 3 must have a infant seat and can not travel on the shuttle bus option.

Infants under the age of 1 can not be carried. Infants from 1 - 6 years will require a child restraint, so please advise this at the time of booking. Please specify if a baby seat is required when you book or if you will be bringing your own.

Booking Policy
The cancellation policy is as follows: We will refund 100% of the fare paid in the event we cancel the trip due to weather, road or other conditions which are beyond our control. We will refund the fare paid (less a $33 cancellation and admin fee) if we receive your cancellation notice greater than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. If you cancel within 72 hours of scheduled departure time no refund will be given.
