Dining in the evening is a completely new experience with the “Fire & Ice Dinner Menu” combining a la carte dining with traditional buffet. Select from a range of freshly prepared meats, poultry, fish and seafood, cooked over an open flame while you indulge in a selection of chilled seafood. Located on level one are purpose built conference, meeting and function rooms, catering for a range of events from large conferences and day meets to cocktail parties and weddings. Catering for groups from 10 - 300, you can create formal settings in the Joseph Banks Ballroom, Crystal Twig and executive boardrooms to informal conferences, workshops and meetings in the Golden Palm Room.
