This three day two night tour takes you from Cairns or Port Douglas to the world heritage listed Daintree Rainforest for two nights accommodation and also a half day Great Barrier Reef Trip! The Daintree rainforest and Cape Tribulation are considered one of the “must-see” places when you have a holiday in Cairns, the Northern beaches, Palm Cove or Port Douglas.
Departure Dates: Departs Daily from Cairns, Cairns Beaches and Port Douglas, except Christmas Day. Pick up from hotels is at between 7.30am - 8.30am, depending on where you are staying. Advance bookings are recommended, particularly in peak holiday periods. The tour ends with drop off back to your hotel at between 5pm - 6pm on day 3.

Tour highlights and itinerary for this package:
Day 1 - Cairns or Port Douglas to Cape Tribulation
This Cape Tribulation tour starts with a pick up from your accommodation in Cairns at 7.30am or Port Douglas at 8.30am and takes you on a scenic coastal drive until your first stop at the banks of the Daintree River. Board your Wildlife River Cruise boat on the Daintree River as your tour guide looks for crocodiles in the wild. After the Daintree River cruise your tour guide will escort you along some of the Botanical Boardwalks telling you the Aboriginal history and explaining the different types of flora and fauna. Then it's onto Cape Tribulation Beach House for an afternoon check in to your accommodation in Cape Tribulation. The accommodation is lovely timber cabins set amongst the rainforest with a swimming pool, bar, bistro and less than 1 minutes walk from the pristine Cape Tribulation beach. The afternoon is yours to explore Cape Tribulation or take an additional horseback ride on the beach, rainforest walk or rainforest canopy tour called "Jungle Surfing"(at own expense)
Day 2 - Half Day Great Barrier Reef Tour (Operates every day)
Early today you will be picked up at your accommodation at 8.00am for your Great Barrier Reef experience. Enjoy 2 hours of pure pleasure on the amazing Great Barrier Reef off the coast of Cape Tribulation. After your reef trip you will be taken back to your Cape Tribulation beach accommodation.
Day 3 - Cape Tribulation to Port Douglas or Cairns
You will have the morning free to explore Cape Tribulation or take an additional horseback ride along Cape Tribulation beach, rainforest walk or canopy tour called "Jungle Surfing" (at own expense). Early afternoon you will be picked up at your accommodation to begin your return to Cairns. En-route to Cairns you will stop at Alexandra Range Lookout for some breathtaking photographs of the Daintree National Park and the Cairns coastline. Next stop will be the Daintree Wilderness Sanctuary. Time is then spent in the famous village of Port Douglas where you can soak up the atmosphere of the rich and famous. Around 5.30pm you will be returned back to your Port Douglas accommodation or at 6.30pm to your Cairns accommodation after an exciting three days and two nights of Cape Tribulation and the Great Barrier Reef touring.

Booking Policy
Amendments to the dates of travel can be made with at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellation Policy:
·30 – 3 days prior to travel, a 25% cancellation fee applies
·Less than 3 days prior to travel, a 100% cancellation fee applies
A $50 per person administration fee applies to every cancellation greater than 30 days prior to the date of travel.
