How to Book: A $400 per person deposit payment is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due at least two months prior to departure. This trip is very popular and should be booked as far in advance as is possible. Bookings made within two months of the travel date must be paid in full within 72 hours.

More Information About the Tour:
On this tour you'll first travel on a Dash 8 Flight from Cairns to Horn Island (approx 50 seats) and then take a Ferry from the Torres Strait Islands to the mainland. Your safari then begins that night at a beachside camp spot. Your camping on this safari is in easy to erect tents with all your camping gear included except for a camp stretcher bed that can be hired for $35.
Tour Itinerary:
All fares include meals as per itinerary code: (B) Breakfast, (L) Lunch and (D) Dinner. All camping and/or accommodation costs and entrance fees as per itinerary.
Day 1 (LD)
From Cairns fly to Horn Island. Gain an insight into Island life before travelling by inter island ferry to the mainland via Thursday Island. Ending the day at our beach front Cape York camp at Loyalty Beach.
Day 2 (BLD)
Celebrate as you stand on the Northern tip of the Cape York peninsular. Pass through dense rainforest and stroll along deserted beaches on the way.
Day 3 (BLD)
After a brief stop in Bamaga travel to Twin Fall on the magnificent Elliot River, our base of the next two nights.
Day 4 (BLD)
Relax, swim and explore spectacular Indian Head Falls, Elliot Falls and Twin Falls. A beautiful area, the jewel of the Cape York Peninsula and your camp for tonight.
Day 5 (BLD)
Travel through Heathlands Reserve and lunch at Captains Billy Landing. Overnight camp at Bramwell Station Australia’s Northern most cattle station.
Day 6 (BLD)
Arrive at Weipa around lunch time. Mine and Town tour (Optional) or just relax at our Weipa camp.
Day 7 (BLD)
Visit the Peninsula quarantine station and Coen on route to our camp at Musgrave Station.
Day 8 (BLD)
Experience Lakefield National Park and its abundant wildlife. Camp over night in the National Park.
Day 9 (BL)
Visit Historic Old Laura Homestead. Then arrive at Cooktown in time to visit the James Cook Historical museum (own expense). Camp in Cooktown.
Day 10 (BL)
View Cooktown from Grassy Hill, then onto the Black Mountains and stop by at the Lions Den Pub. If track conditions permit venture onto the notorious Bloomfield track visiting Bloomfield falls and Cape Tribulation before returning to Cairns in the late afternoon.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure are subject to a $400 per person fee.
Cancellations between 60 and 30 days are subject to a 75% refund.
Cancellations between 30 and 21 days are subject to a 50% refund.
Cancellations 21 days or less are subject to no refund whatsoever.
