This tour is a small and personalised 4WD adventure that travels further north than any other Cape Tribulation tour. The vehicles are custom built 4WD which are either 13 Seater, 6 wheeler 4WD or 14 Seater Cantas, all vehicles have panoramic viewing windows, extra high clearance for great visibility. All guides are highly trained and have extensive knowledge of the local area, history, flora and fauna.
Departure Dates : Daily, with pick up from Cairns, Cairns Beaches and Port Douglas hotels, subject to availability. Advance bookings are highly recommended.
Departure times: Daily, except 25 Dec, from Cairns hotels at around 7am, beaches hotels at around 7.30am and Port Douglas hotels around 8am, except for 25 Dec. Returns to Port Douglas hotels at around 5.30pm, beaches hotels at around 6pm and Cairns hotels at around 6.30pm.

Basic Itinerary:
Once you have reached the Daintree river its time for a tea break and then an informative river cruise. You will then ascend the Alexandra Range a pause for amazing views of the Coral Sea. Experience the rainforest first hand on an elevated natural park boardwalk and search for the rare and unique Southern Cassowary and other wildlife.
A delicious barbecue lunch is prepared while you hand feed a kangaroo and enjoy a cold drink from the bar. This tour then goes beyond Cape Tribulation along the 4WD Bloomfield Track arriving at pristine Emmagen Creek where you may swim and indulge in a feast of tropical fruit and a complimentary glass of wine. At Cape Tribulation there is time to swim in the sea or take a stroll on the beach before heading back to Cairns.
