A perfect way to end a perfect day – discover the delights of evening cruising. Enjoy dinner on a luxurious catamaran while cruising on the calm waters of Cairns. With a glass of champagne in hand, (first one is on us) stroll the decks and savour the sight of the Cairns city by night. Enjoy an award winning sumptuous 4 course hot and cold buffet (including seafood) featuring some of the regions best produce – mouth watering prawns, oysters, reef fish and exotic platters of fruit – all freshly prepared on board by top chefs. The bar tender can whip up a tropical cocktail or perhaps choose from a fine selection of Australian wines and beers available for purchase. As the moon rises, the gentle strumming of the guitar commences. Savour the moment! Tables can be arranged to suit your group size. Live entertainment/ background music is provided by a one person band.

Are you in charge of organising a party or get together for family and friends?
At Linga Longa International Restaurant, they can seat up to 50 people indoors, so if your group is no bigger than that, they're the perfect size for small groups!

Departure dates and times: This Cairns Harbour Dinner Cruise departs from the Cairns Marina at 7.00pm every night, with boarding from 6.30pm.

Return time: This Cairns Cruise returns at 9.30pm.

Or, call to book on 1800 681 685 from within Australia or + 61 7 4044 9792 from outside Australia (between 8am - 6 pm local time). A 25% deposit payment is required to confirm your place. The balance is payable on board on the night. Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you shortly after your booking request and deposit payment has been received, once availability is checked by us.

A choice of two freshly prepared soups served with warm bread rolls & croutons
Cold Buffet Selection
Queensland Gulf Prawns: Served with traditional cocktail sauce or a tarragon and smoked paprika dressing
Oysters: Served on ice Natural with fresh lemon or topped with a lime and wasabi dressing
Mussels:  ½ shell green lip mussels marinaded with a fresh citrus lemon vinaigrette
Green Salad: Tossed baby mixed leaves with snow pea sprouts
Nicoise Salad: Ripened plum tomatoes, steamed green beans, boiled eggs, marinaded olives,
tuna and potatoes tossed through light vinaigrette and mixed leaves
Glass Noodle Vegetable Salad: Glass noodles tossed trough with julienne of carrot and snow peas with marinaded tofu finished with a light sesame and soy dressing
Hot Carvery
Choose from Roasted Peppered Beef Rump with a rich red wine thyme sauce or a sweet caramelised sugar Baked Ham with a Dijon mustard and apple cider sauce both hand carved in our restaurant
Hot Buffet Selection
Penne Marinna: Sautéed medley of seafood in a rich white wine and tomato sauce finished
with cream and fresh herbs
Chicken Creole: Tender chicken pieces braised in a spiced roasted capsicum sauce topped with a fresh tropical mango salsa
Dill Crumbed Fish Goujons: Strips of fresh fish lightly crumbed with a hint of fresh dill and fried till golden
Cheese and Spinach potato bake: Layers of potatoes & spinach baked in a creamy 3 cheese sauce topped with a herb crust
Roasted potatoes, Roasted Pumpkin and Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Steamed mixed Vegetables with a garlic parsley butter
Steamed Jasmine Rice
A selection of sauce and condiments are available for you to enjoy with your meal
