This Cairns budget reef trip offers excellent value for money. Spend less time travelling, with a short 90 minute trip to the Outer Reef on a fast boat. You will still spend at least fours at the reef (approximately two hours at each reef location) for snorkelling or scuba diving, and all at a budget price. Lunch is a simple buffet style of cold cuts, salads and fruit. Complimentary tea & coffee are available throughout the day.
Departure Dates: Daily from Cairns Marlin Marina.
Departure Point Details: B Finger, Marlin Marina, Cairns. Check in at 8.00am for an 8.30am departure. Returns at 4.30pm to the Cairns Marina.

A 25% deposit payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the tour when you get on board. Your ticket will be emailed back to you within a short time (during business hours) of receiving your booking request and deposit payment. Please note: The Government Environmental Management Charge along with other levies is included in the below rates.
Cairns hotel bus transfers are an extra $10 per person. Beaches hotel bus transfers are $20 per person.

This is a no-frills, fast and reliable boat, going to two reef locations decided by the captain on the day, depending on where the best under-water visibility and weather conditions are determined to be. This trip suits people who are looking for a cheap option for going to the reef but don't necessarily want the cheapest boat. People also like the fact that the reef destinations for the day are not pre determined, which allows the captain to go where he thinks everyone will have a better day. Wetsuits are included for everyone's comfort. Family packages and monthly specials are available!

Child Policy: Child age is 3 - 11 years of age.
A family for this tour consists of 2 adults and 2 children aged between 3 - 11 years.

Regarding Introductory Scuba Diving:
Some medical conditions will prevent you from diving. Some of the more common conditions are Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Pregnancy, and heart or lung conditions. Some other medical conditions may also be a problem. If you are unsure about any specific condition please contact us.
Booking Policy
Please advise the following:
The name of your Holiday Accommodation and/ or a mobile telephone contact in case the tour director can’t find you. We also book accommodation at the best locally available rates so if we can help you with that, please let us know.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the travel date could result in a 100% cancellation fee.
